Useful Foundry
How Scope Control works

A clearer decision before the extra work begins.

The product does not decide what your contract means. It helps you compare the words, surface the cost and prepare a professional conversation—then you make the decision.

  1. 1

    Set the baseline

Paste the agreed scope, deliverables, exclusions and revision limits for one project.

  2. 2

    Check the request

Paste the client's new request, compare it with the baseline, and estimate the extra time.

  3. 3

    Choose your response

Review the evidence and edit a calm reply before choosing what you actually send.

What the tool contributes

Structure when the conversation feels vague.

A written baseline

The original words remain visible instead of relying on memory or pressure in the moment.

A cost estimate

Extra hours become a visible commercial number before you decide whether to absorb or price them.

An editable draft

The reply begins collaboratively, but you remain responsible for checking and sending it.

Important limits

Decision support—not a legal ruling.

It cannot interpret a contract conclusively

Classification is a prompt for human review, not legal advice or a binding determination.

It cannot know the relationship context

You may reasonably include, waive or reprice work for reasons the product cannot see.

It never sends the reply for you

The draft is yours to edit, reject or send through your usual client channel.

How Useful Foundry builds

Technical completion and commercial validation stay separate.

Each product moves through problem research, competitor review, a minimum useful build, automated checks, human review, controlled release and customer feedback. Passing one stage never silently claims the next. These five Foundry-specific blocks are governed separately, so one can improve without quietly changing what another block claims.

01

Problem block

One real customer problem, a named user and a boundary around what the product will solve.

02

Product block

The smallest complete workflow that creates a useful result without unnecessary machinery.

03

Delivery block

A controlled route from product page to the correct file, with the paid route locked until verified.

04

Evidence block

Tests, status labels and plain statements of what is proven, pending or deliberately absent.

05

Support block

A reachable human-controlled path for product help, order questions and useful feedback.

Build evidenceDoes the intended feature work locally?
Release evidenceCan a customer receive the correct package?
Market evidenceDo real customers use, value or purchase it?
Website assurance blocks

Every added block must earn its place.

Useful Foundry adopts an enhancement only when it provides a real visitor facility, preserves the existing business structure, states its boundary and can point to evidence. This is how the wider Econovetech block principle is expressed here without turning Useful Foundry into a different website.

Facility

What useful function does the block give the visitor or operator?

Boundary

What does it deliberately not claim, automate or change?

Evidence

Where can the facility and its current status be checked?
